If you do not provide us with your personal information we may not be able to fulfil your order or provide you with the relevant service and/ or products. We do not store your credit card information on any of our servers. All payment information is handled via National Australia Bank facilities directly. The facility is encrypted.

Our Guarantee, Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy, this means you can return any purchase within 2 weeks from date of purchase (if unworn, with all tags) and obtain a prompt exchange on your swimwear. Delivery and handling charges on returns are the customer’s responsibility. Please send your receipt so that we can process the exchange quickly.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
All items have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. A failure by the supplier to deliver in accordance with the sample, description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Some actual colours on the website may vary slightly from the product.

International customers are welcome! Your credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars. We will process your order with the same priority as our local customers. If you have any questions please contact us, we are here to help!
Delivery methods and time?
All Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post (Express post). International orders will be shipped via Airmail. We will ship orders usually within 7 days. Australian customers can expect their orders within 48 hours after it has been shipped. International customers can expect delays of 14 days and in some cases longer because of customs issues. Typically we have found that international customers will receive orders 7 days after we dispatch (in countries like the USA, UK, NZ).
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
Our preferred method is to follow the procedure for an exchange.
Will I be charged duties and taxes on goods?
Generally, the answer will be no, but in some cases, customs in your country may believe that you should be paying duties and taxes, we advise that you contact customs in your country. Aussie Togs price is exclusive of duties and taxes, and we cannot be responsible for the charges. We charge GST of 10% to all local customers.
How safe is ordering via the Internet?
We are always taking steps in monitoring our security. Our database will never hold your credit card information. Our payments are processed by NAB Bank on their secure server. Our business will never give your information to third parties, we will only use the information to process your order. We track i.p address and all detected fraud will be reported to the authorities.
Does anyone have access to my personal information?
Can I pay by any method other than credit card?
Yes, simply proceed to the checkout and select the method you wish to use.
Currently, we have phone order activated, place your order and give us a call to discuss paying by credit card over the phone, or direct deposit. We do offer Paypal for users who do not have a credit card!
