I had to wait for the rain to clear for a chance to rock these in the real world, since admiring yourself in the mirror only tells you so much. The wait was definitely worth it though.
I’ve yet to have a bad experience with Aussie togs quality wise, and these are no exception. Stitching, fabric, metal components, all top quality and put together wonderfully. You’ll never hear me complain about AT’s pricing. Not once.
With quality craftsmanship comes wonderful comfort. I’ve said it before and it warrants repeating, but this thong (all thongs, really) is infinitely more comfortable than you imagine. Worried about a constant weggie? Don’t be, you only notice that fabric if you think about it; you can wear these for hours at a time easily.
Compared to wet, baggy board-shorts than cling, and rub? I don’t care what anyone thinks or says, I’m not suffering through that again. Not when I get to experience the next best thing to skinny dipping on a hot summer’s day.
Now, the style. Love the string sides; gives a unique look, and the adjust-ability is a great bonus. Another upside to the strings is they form this really neat triangle at the back, which it’s is a real eye catcher. (Side note, is “DaretoBare” a thing? It should be a thing.)
Front, a tad larger than I expected but not lacking for style and nothing gets jostled out of place in the water. As a final note on style, glad I got mine in black. That’s my advice if you can’t decide on colour, go for black. Age, shape and gender doesn’t matter; black always looks good.
So, well done to Aussie Togs. I’ll be rocking this awesome thong (all of them for that matter) for the rest of this summer and every summer coming.
